Your missions

Description

Are you passionate about improving education and supporting educators and families? We are seeking a dedicated TN-TAN Content Manager to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate with project managers and leadership to coordinate the development of content for training events. Your focus will be on creating and managing resources for both in-person and online training that support educators and families.

As the primary contact for all inquiries related to in-person training and online resources, you'll address topics such as inclusive preschool access, autism, complex behavioral issues, tiered academic and behavioral supports (RTI2-A+RTI2-B), assistive technology, secondary transitions, and parent engagement. Your expertise will guide subcontracted partners and help ensure high-quality content delivery across the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management: Coordinate, organize, and manage training materials and online content. Work closely with project partners and leadership to enhance professional development opportunities.
  • Content Review: Design and implement a process for reviewing and managing content. Ensure that all resources meet the needs of educators and families and comply with state and federal requirements.
  • Training & Support: Provide coaching, training, and consultation to partners and subcontracted experts. Develop and deliver training workshops on best practices and project procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor TN-TAN activities for professional quality and accuracy. Advise partners on content development and ensure all materials are accessible and compliant with relevant standards.
  • Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for partners and contract managers. Work with the project steering committee to review and guide project progress.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with experience in client relations and presentations.
  • Ability to adapt and innovate in policy and procedure development.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding the education of students with disabilities.
  • Experience in special education programs and services.
  • Proficiency with educational technology and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Experience in content review and development.

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of special education programs, services, regulations, and evidence-based practices.

Additional Information

  • This is a remote position with occasional travel required.
  • Full-time schedule.
