Role Overview

As a Senior Applications Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, migrating, and managing applications on Azure. Your expertise will guide clients in best practices, DevOps, and security, ensuring their applications are both innovative and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy applications on Azure, ensuring they meet business needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, Azure consultants, and engineers to deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct unit, integration, performance, and security testing of Azure applications.
• Use Azure DevOps, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and other tools for deployment and monitoring.
• Leverage Azure compute services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
• Work with cloud databases including Azure SQL, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MariaDB.
• Implement, customize, and troubleshoot large-scale cloud solutions.
• Apply multi-threaded and parallel programming techniques, along with design patterns such as MVC, CQRS, and SAGA.
• Define CI/CD pipelines for automation across application environments using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Implement microservices architecture with technologies such as Kubernetes and Service Fabric.
• Ensure robust security controls, including encryption and authentication.
• Design scalable and resilient solutions on cloud platforms, focusing on performance.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and consultants.
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
