Our Value-Added Services (VAS) and Acceptance Solutions team is dedicated to building technologies that empower businesses to transform their innovative ideas into reality. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager who is passionate about developing new products and enhancing our existing product portfolio. This role is ideal for tech-savvy professionals who are driven to rapidly launch innovative offerings that provide significant value to our payment partners and create delightful experiences for end consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the custodian of our new technology repository, ensuring business rules are reusable and scalable.
  • Review and take ownership of common rules, maintaining their integrity and overseeing their implementation.
  • Train new team members, sharing accountability until their first project is successfully completed.
  • Continuously seek synergies among different roadmap items and recommend strategies for faster time-to-market.
  • Define end-to-end solutions to enable new payment solutions and partner integrations across various markets.
  • Participate in and approve product demos to ensure features are accurately understood and implemented.
  • Collaborate with business teams, developers, data scientists, and data modeling teams to evaluate new product opportunities.
  • Define and implement strategies for rapidly building new integrations with payment processors in different markets.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree, or 11+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or 7+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 3+ years of experience with a PhD.
  • 5+ years of industry experience as a product manager within a technology environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex products and services.
  • Experience with hierarchy and portfolio management in the payments industry or merchant experience.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in product management or system analysis.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of comparing information from various sources to prioritize features effectively.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver a product.
  • Demonstrated strength in building relationships, highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong desire and aptitude to be hands-on with data and reporting.
  • Team player with a proven track record of taking initiative and owning responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, e-commerce, and mobile commerce is a strong plus.

Additional Information

  • Work Hours: Flexible, based on department needs.
  • Travel Requirements: This position requires 5-10% travel.
  • Work Environment: This role will be based in an office setting and will involve sitting and standing at a desk, communicating in person and by telephone, and frequently operating standard office equipment.

U.S. Applicants Only: The estimated salary range for this position is \(132,900 to \)192,750 per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments if applicable. Salary will vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonuses and equity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and a Wellness Program.
