Description

In this role, you will support clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their Workday projects, from strategy and selection to successful implementation and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with clients on HR technology strategies, including employee experience, business processes, data strategy, and service delivery.
  • Lead process redesign efforts by defining desired outcomes and designing necessary processes and user touchpoints.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the adoption of Workday and related technologies.
  • Assess clients’ readiness for adoption and establish governance plans for both launch and ongoing management.
  • Work with teams across various offices to provide coordinated solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience with Benefits, HR, Talent Management, and/or Finance functions.
  • At least 5 years of functional implementation experience with Workday.
  • 2-5 years of experience with Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve timely results.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% and collaborate with remote teams.
  • Experience in project and/or program management.
  • Proven ability to influence a diverse audience, including technical and business clients, HR functions, and employees.
  • Strong ability to anticipate both the big picture and individual needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation ranges from \(110,000 to \)203,000 for Senior Consultants and \(140,000 to \)258,000 for Sr. Principal Consultants. Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus is also available, with compensation based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
