Your Future Starts Now

Join our growing Personal Wealth sales team, where you will provide essential guidance to customers during key life moments, focusing on their retirement savings goals through options like 401(k) and IRA products. New Financial Consultants can advance to Senior Financial Consultant roles, increasing both expertise and earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Offer phone-based guidance to customers during important life events, such as starting or leaving employment, by helping them navigate employer-sponsored retirement plans.
  • Discuss available account options like 401(k)s and IRAs to align with the customer's retirement savings goals.
  • Educate customers on retirement plan details, assisting them in comparing options to meet their long-term financial objectives.
  • Strengthen customer relationships by providing valuable insights and support, building trust with every interaction.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and professional experience.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in inside sales.
  • Ability to obtain or currently possess FINRA 7 & 63 licenses, with a willingness to complete required fingerprinting and registration within set timelines.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Strong sales, relationship management, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage customers, ask insightful questions, and offer thoughtful solutions.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience in inbound or phone-based sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Quick adaptability to new systems, with prior experience in Salesforce a plus.
  • Knowledge of IRAs, retirement products, and qualified retirement plan environments.
  • A growth-oriented mindset focused on achieving both individual and team sales goals.
