Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies
• Prepare a variety of legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Analyze client needs, propose effective solutions, and develop case strategies accordingly
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout legal proceedings
• Represent clients in court appearances and argue motions during hearings
• Deposition experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pre-trial litigation
• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York (NYS)
