What You'll Do

• Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities in transportation and logistics. Offer tailored solutions that align with their needs.
• Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation of Blue Yonder TMS, from full-scale deployments to targeted improvements. Design and execute functional solutions that enhance supply chain performance.
• Documentation & Design: Develop detailed functional design documents capturing client requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Blue Yonder platform.
• Project Management: Utilize established project management processes to track progress, manage deadlines, and communicate updates. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Training & Support: Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, including training sessions and troubleshooting.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and innovation, utilizing industry best practices and staying current with the latest trends and technologies.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years of experience with Blue Yonder TMS and a solid understanding of transportation concepts, freight rates, and logistics processes. Familiarity with standard transportation transactions is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Blue Yonder's suite of products, including Transportation Manager, Transportation Modeler, and Freight Order Management. Experience with APIs, SQL, XML, JSON, and electronic interfacing methods.
• Functional Knowledge: Expertise in both functional and technical components of TMS, including Master Data Management, Optimization, and Carrier Tariffs.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and convey complex information effectively.
• Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 35% for client engagements and project meetings.
