Senior Supply Chain Project Manager - Agile & Scrum Expert

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving successful outcomes and managing complex projects? Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Project Manager and take the lead on delivering impactful projects within our large programs. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work remotely with the flexibility to be onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive the consolidation and management of multiple work streams into a unified program, ensuring all elements align smoothly.
• Effectively communicate project and program issues, provide remediation plans, and report status to stakeholders and upper management.
• Oversee project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting. Facilitate backlog grooming sessions, prioritize project stories and deliverables with the Scrum team, and manage time, budget, and resource allocations.
• Conduct Agile Scrum events and project sprint demonstrations. Manage defect resolution processes and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Build forecasts, manage timesheets, and track issues and risks. Schedule and facilitate project delivery milestones.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in project management with a proven track record of delivering software development projects. Experience in managing across IT and Business organizations is a must.
• Methodologies: Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical Skills: Expertise with Microsoft Project Desktop is required. Experience with Microsoft Project Online (PWA) in a PPM environment is preferred. Automation experience is a plus.
• Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree required. PMP or Scrum Master certification, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Personal Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
