What You’ll Be Doing

• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and tools, working across multiple categories to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supply Planning: Manage supply planning systems to support successful project execution. Address and resolve complex supply chain issues, ensuring accurate inventory and service projections.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, external manufacturing, quality, and other teams to coordinate efforts and solve supply chain challenges.
• Training & Development: Assess the skills of supply chain team members, deliver targeted training, and facilitate the onboarding process for new planners.
• Data Analysis: Use your analytical skills to manage data, verify supply signals, and ensure accurate forecasts. Identify trends and implement improvements based on your findings.
• Project Management: Lead and execute projects related to inventory management, new product launches, and process improvements. Oversee the allocation process and manage service issues.
• Customer Service & Communication: Act as the primary contact for planning system support and service issue resolution. Maintain clear communication with internal and external partners.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in inventory management, supply planning, or related fields. Experience with production planning and project management is a plus.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data management tools. Experience with supply planning tools and data visualization is essential. Knowledge of SAP ECC, R3, APO, and Business Warehouse is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Language Skills: Multilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time and possess a valid passport.
