Your missions

Description

Are you passionate about supply chain management and eager to make a tangible impact? This dynamic and detail-oriented role as a Supply Chain Liaison combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative energy of in-office interactions. You will connect Sourcing, Suppliers, and Shop Planning to implement effective strategies across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key contact between Sourcing, Suppliers, and Shop Planning.
  • Plan and execute hardware transition activities for seamless integration.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and administration of purchase orders.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage stock according to established policies.
  • Communicate with global suppliers while navigating time zone differences.
  • Contribute to enhancing Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Lead Time metrics.
  • Tackle and negotiate complex technical challenges with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Organize and document work processes meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison.
  • Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems, especially SAP, for managing delivery dates.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven background in supply chain management or related fields.
  • High degree of confidence, tact, diplomacy, and ethical conduct.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiations, planning, and hardware administration.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize, document, and manage responsibilities precisely.

Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or asylum/refugee status required due to U.S. export control laws.
  • Relevant experience in supply chain management or related fields.
