We're looking for an enthusiastic Early Career Product Analyst to dive into the world of data and drive impactful decisions in our Supply Chain & Logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your analytical skills to optimize operations and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analyses to guide product and business decisions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to automate operational processes.
  • Build models to enhance driver planning and optimize performance.
  • Provide insights on driver hiring, performance, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct growth analyses and demand forecasting to aid inventory planning.
  • Quantify the effects of product launches through experimentation.
  • Create and manage data models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with various teams to drive meaningful changes and influence product strategy.
  • Maintain accurate data documentation and ensure best practices in data modeling.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Background: BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science).
  • Experience: Some experience in analytics with a focus on data analysis and operational contexts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and a programming language (e.g., Python). Experience in statistical modeling and designing experiments is a plus.
  • Data Tools: Experience with data transformation tools (e.g., DBT) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Passion: A strong interest in solving real user problems and making data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and tackle unfamiliar challenges.

Additional Information

  • Salary Range: \(84,800 - \)106,000

  • Travel: Up to 15% required.
