Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Manage purchase orders from initial receipt through to delivery, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions.
• Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with our 3rd party warehouse partners to align fulfillment instructions and track inventory upon arrival.
• Performance Tracking: Document and address any discrepancies between expected and actual warehouse performance.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Join service meetings with our warehouse partners and collaborate with the Finance team on relevant topics. Keep our sales team updated on order statuses and handle order communications efficiently.
• Reporting: Create and generate various reports as needed and assist with inventory reconciliation and procedural documentation.
• Troubleshooting: Address order processing issues, manage shortages, and implement necessary revisions.
  
  

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but extensive work experience can be considered.
• Experience: At least 2 years working with 3rd party warehousing and logistics providers.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
• Ability to follow processes and adapt to changing conditions.
• Personality: Outgoing, self-motivated, and cooperative with a client-oriented focus.
