What You'll Do

  • Dive into Data: Perform detailed analyses using various analytical and statistical techniques to support and guide product and business decisions.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to streamline and automate operational processes.
  • Optimize Operations: Build and refine models to enhance driver planning and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Insights: Analyze and forecast growth and expansion opportunities, and assess the impact of new product launches.
  • Data Mastery: Develop and manage production data models and ensure data quality through clean and accurate transformations.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain data documentation and apply best practices for data modeling and architecture.
  • Thought Partnership: Act as a key collaborator across various teams, offering insights and recommendations to drive product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Continuous Improvement: Measure the impact of initiatives and drive improvements based on data-driven insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Background: BA/BS or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in analytics or analytics engineering, particularly focused on data analysis and modeling in operational and supply chain contexts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python). Experience with statistical inference, predictive modeling, and data transformation systems (e.g., DBT) is highly valued.
  • Analytical Expertise: Ability to design and evaluate experiments and work with large, complex datasets.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is committed to tackling challenges and driving results.
