Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to drive our marketing strategy through insightful data analysis. This role involves leading the marketing analytics function, providing strategic direction, and ensuring data integrity across various channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SQL, experienced with Tableau dashboards, and knowledgeable in email campaign segmentation, media mix modeling, paid media analysis, and optimizing offline conversions. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze marketing data using SQL to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
    • Create standardized and ad hoc dashboards and reports that guide business decisions.
    • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics, providing actionable recommendations.
    • Publish and present Excel reports and updates to senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Assist in preparing executive and board-level materials.
  • Marketing Channel KPIs and Measurement:
    • Understand all marketing data sources for effective analysis.
    • Track and measure KPIs across various marketing channels.
    • Analyze funnel metrics and campaign effectiveness, including traffic, acquisition, retention, and ROI.
  • Email Campaign Segmentation:
    • Segment and analyze email campaigns to enhance targeting and conversion rates.
  • Paid Media Analysis:
    • Assess paid media performance across channels and optimize ad spend.
  • Media Mix Modeling and Attribution:
    • Develop models to evaluate the impact of marketing channels and measure effectiveness.
    • Optimize omnichannel conversions for a comprehensive view of performance.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation:
    • Design and analyze A/B tests to drive KPI improvements.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work with team members to meet project milestones and deadlines.
    • Partner with the Data team to enhance data tracking and quality.
    • Translate business needs into engineering requirements and coordinate with Data Engineering.
