What You'll Do

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven social media strategies that align with client goals, focusing on increasing reach, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of impactful social media campaigns, from goal setting and creative direction to performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences and supports key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Performance Analysis: Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure strategies are current and effective.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including strategists, copywriters, and designers, to create winning social media campaigns.
  • Community Management: Support community management efforts to cultivate positive and active social media communities for clients.
  • Client Partnership: Collaborate with Account Managers to enhance the client experience, offering educational support and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Growth Optimization: Analyze performance data to refine strategies and achieve or exceed client goals, contributing to client retention and renewals.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and strategy, preferably within a digital agency setting.
  • Proven success in developing and executing social media campaigns for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a talent for storytelling through social content.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative content ideas and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for social media and a keen interest in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
