Role Overview

We're seeking a Product Manager to lead the creation and delivery of mission-critical experiences aimed at increasing listener engagement for a vast global audience. You are a hands-on problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a deep passion for understanding customer needs. You thrive on finding innovative solutions and enjoy transforming ideas into actionable plans.

You excel at connecting small details to the bigger picture. A natural collaborator, you engage comfortably with diverse teams, whether discussing technology with developers, user experience with designers, product positioning with marketers, or strategy with executive leadership. Your adaptability and strong communication skills allow you to lead projects across various teams and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, engineering, finance, design, program management, and legal to deliver products at scale.
  • Work with top-tier product managers, engineers, UX designers, QA, and other stakeholders to drive the product vision and launch customer-centric product features.
  • Use hard data and metrics to support assumptions, construct business cases, and drive decision-making.
  • Clearly communicate data-driven insights and collaborate with business partners to analyze data and surface actionable insights that influence product development.
  • Translate strategic opportunities into actionable tactics, testing and validating ideas in an iterative process.
  • Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to validate new features and enhance user experience through continuous iteration.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven track record of leading product teams to successful product launches.
  • Experience collaborating and influencing across multiple teams to achieve business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and advocate for new ideas with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working on large-scale products in a B2C environment.
