Your missions

Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Retention Consultant to craft innovative and unbiased strategies for retaining ESOP clients. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct In-Depth Reviews: Analyze client profiles, review pricing, and leverage relationships with Sales, CRM, Sales Leadership, and the RFP team to develop effective retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work alongside Relationship Managers and Consultants to present our value proposition during competitive RFP situations.
  • Customize Strategies: Tailor retention approaches using insights gained from thorough administrative reviews to enhance client engagement.
  • Ensure Communication: Maintain strategic and thorough communication with clients and advisors throughout the retention process.
  • Share Best Practices: Provide real-time, deal-specific best practices across sales and relationship management teams.
  • Build Relationships: Utilize existing consultant and sales representative relationships, and develop new ones to accurately understand client situations and improve retention chances.

Who You Are

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: At least 5 years in retirement sales with strong technical expertise in defined contribution, defined benefit, non-qualified plans, or Trust & Custody products.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: \(123,000 - \)167,000 per year, based on experience, location, and other factors. Additional compensation may include bonuses or incentives based on performance.
  • Time Off: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided for vacation, personal, or short-term illness. There is no set number of days, and employees are not required to accrue time.
  • Pension Eligibility: Yes
