Description

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Architect to lead the implementation and expansion of Salesforce CRM across multiple business units. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of software engineering processes, particularly in a growing business environment with substantial integration needs.

As a Salesforce Architect, you will utilize your expertise to optimize Salesforce for internal business operations, taking full advantage of SaaS capabilities while integrating seamlessly with existing processes.

What You Will Do

  • Mentor and guide the Salesforce configuration and engineering teams, offering innovative solutions for instance growth and improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features and implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering leaders to gather requirements, evaluate new feature proposals, and drive system enhancements.
  • Share best practices, examples, and learning resources to help teams integrate Salesforce into the broader software landscape.
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop methods for early detection of system health concerns.
  • Advocate for Salesforce's native capabilities to benefit the enterprise and minimize custom development needs.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementation and integration projects in technical leadership roles.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Architecture and Development (Apex).
  • Experience with integration technologies such as OAuth/SAML/LDAP/AD, and database management.
  • Proficiency with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX), Flows, Process Builder, Workbench, Dataloader, APIs, and Web Services (REST).
  • Experience with source control-based Salesforce configuration and deployment.
  • Familiarity with contemporary software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and XP.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: \(160,000 to \)175,000 + 20% Bonus
