What We're Looking For

  • Individuals returning to the workforce with a career break
  • 2-5+ years of professional experience prior to your break
  • A four-year college degree is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to obtain state life and health licenses, SIE, FINRA Series 7, and 66 exams (additional designations are a plus)
  • Results-driven and highly motivated self-starter with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help others plan and protect their financial futures
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high degree of self-confidence
