Description

We are seeking a passionate Salesforce expert with strong leadership and innovation skills to join our team. In this role, you will guide the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions across a diverse landscape of over thirty Salesforce orgs. If you have experience in Salesforce development, project management, and team leadership, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing support and feedback to foster their growth.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce development projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective and scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices are met, implementing quality assurance processes to enhance system performance.
  • Set and enforce governance policies and controls to safeguard data integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to deliver integrated Salesforce solutions that streamline processes and support business growth.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals and delivery expectations.
  • Identify and provide training opportunities to help team members enhance their skills and excel in their roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Proven background in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring developers, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and Salesforce deployment tools such as Gearset, Flosum, or Copado.
  • Proficiency in configuring and optimizing deployment pipelines to automate and streamline the release process.
