Description

We are seeking passionate problem-solvers with a background in finance or accounting to join our dynamic team as Business Systems Analysts. If you are motivated and ready to tackle complex challenges, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-10 years of experience in business analysis within a finance or accounting setting.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Process Flow Diagramming.
  • Experience with Six Sigma and process standardization/improvement is preferred.
  • Solid organizational skills and expertise in gathering requirements.
  • Deep understanding of finance and working knowledge of GAAP standards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews with stakeholders from various profit centers to understand current finance workflows.
  • Review workflows related to invoicing, cash application, AR processing, AP procurement and management, monthly close and reporting, treasury management, and more.
  • Gather and document requirements.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst in finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and familiarity with GAAP standards.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Expertise in Process Flow Diagramming.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including working with large datasets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Client-facing experience.

This is a contract-to-hire position that offers the flexibility of working 100% remotely.
