Description

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated Contract Finance Manager to join our team remotely and help drive our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function during the FY25 budget and planning season. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance leadership and collaborate with teams across Customer Experience (CX), Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering (R&D). Your role will be crucial in enhancing our FP&A capabilities, and we're looking for someone who is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and adept at solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of FP&A and other finance leaders to support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Build strong relationships with peers and senior leaders, understanding their needs and providing valuable insights to help run the business effectively.
  • Oversee scenario planning, including headcount management and expense planning.
  • Lead and manage key cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and support special projects for Finance leadership.
  • Develop and implement reporting and architecture for new product Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

Required Skills

  • Experience with planning and ERP solutions, such as Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights and Netsuite. Experience with Adaptive Planning/OfficeConnect is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets with experience in financial modeling and managing large data sets.
  • Knowledge of GAAP principles (Accruals, COGS, Capitalization vs. Expense) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for presenting data and storylines effectively using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

  • Remote position; candidates based in or near Lehi, UT are preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth environment, ideally within technology or healthcare.
