Your Role in Our Mission

As Part Of Our Team, You Will

  • Collaborate closely with engineers to deploy models to production, both in batch and real-time, while systematically tracking their performance.
  • Build complex data sets from multiple sources and develop sophisticated data flows using tools like Databricks, SQL, Spark, and scripting languages such as Python and R.
  • Use data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI to share insights and present your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in machine learning and predictive modeling.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders to identify new opportunities for leveraging analytics.
  • Act as an advocate for broader adoption of analytics across the organization.
  • Generate and analyze performance metrics, including accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and more.
  • Lead large data science projects, delivering innovative technical solutions to solve complex problems and improve business outcomes.
  • Design, develop, test, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to harness our vast data resources and build new products.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with drug data file elements published by drug compendia/databases such as ICD, Medi-Span, and First Data Bank (FDB).
  • Familiarity with Medicaid claims processing data, including pharmacy and non-pharmacy elements, financial and institutional data.
  • Previous experience analyzing and monitoring healthcare plan data, focusing on medical claims, data mining, financial processing, eligibility processing, provider networks, and Managed Care Organization (MCO) contract compliance.
  • Proficiency in creating meaningful data presentations and reports, including hotspotting, graphics, and other intuitive data visualizations using Tableau.
  • Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and business data analysis.

What To Expect In This Role

  • This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
  • Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Video cameras are required during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.

  • The pay range for this position is \(86,800.00 - \)124,000.00 per year. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as geographic location, internal equity, and your knowledge, skills, and experience.
