Your Role

In this role, you'll report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely if you're located in the EST or CST time zones. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, though flexibility may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and challenges. Offer strategic financial guidance to enhance operational efficiency and support key initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency of financial planning and analysis. Streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Technology and Systems: Evaluate and integrate financial systems and technologies to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. Ensure seamless system integration to meet departmental goals.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and operational enhancements.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and dashboards. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
