Special Education Teacher for Diverse Learners

This role offers the exciting opportunity to support and empower students across the state of West Virginia through virtual instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet each student’s unique needs.
• Provide engaging and supportive virtual instruction to students with special needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure a holistic approach to student success.
• Regularly monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to track student achievements and challenges.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education.
• Valid teaching license with a Special Education endorsement in West Virginia.
• Experience with virtual or distance learning environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and technology skills.
