About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager focusing on Generative AI and Machine Learning, you will significantly influence the future of AI-driven educational technology. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, product marketing, support, sales, and customer success—you will develop and implement innovative AI and machine learning solutions that transform how educators and students interact with our platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Vision: Define a strategic roadmap for AI and machine learning initiatives to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Champion User Needs: Gather insights from educators and students to ensure our AI/ML solutions address their needs and identify opportunities for new customer-centric offerings.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee products from concept to launch, analyzing and promoting our solutions for timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Innovate and Experiment: Challenge existing assumptions and explore innovative ideas to develop proofs of concept and pilot projects that test new approaches.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Inspire teams with communication and storytelling skills, presenting key insights and findings to executives and leaders.
  • Integrate AI Features: Manage the integration of generative AI features into existing products, improving user experiences through various tools such as automated feedback and personalized learning paths.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, especially with SaaS products.
  • Proven background in building and deploying AI and machine learning projects.
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in a relevant STEM field (e.g., Math, Computer Science, Physics).
  • Skill in managing the lifecycle of AI and ML projects, including model development, training, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and open-source models.
  • Expertise in machine learning infrastructure, data pipelines, model deployment, and maintenance.
  • Proven leadership qualities and collaboration skills to navigate ambiguity and ensure project success.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling to deliver clear guidance.

Preferred Location

We encourage applicants from the San Francisco Bay Area, but we welcome remote candidates as well.

Salary

\(125,000 - \)185,000 per year (Salary range may vary based on location, experience, and performance during the interview process).
