Description

You will play a crucial role in overseeing key phases of the Mpower project deployments. This position requires you to manage Asset/Inventory Readiness, deliver Virtual Instructor-Led Training, and provide support during and after the go-live phase. Must-Have Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in implementation or deployment roles, ideally within a technical or IT setting.
  • Strong training and presentation skills, with a proven track record in virtual instructor-led training.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following key areas:

Key Responsibilities

  • Asset/Inventory Readiness Training:
    • Lead training sessions to ensure all assets and inventory meet system requirements.
    • Assess and verify the accuracy of inventory data.
    • Offer guidance and resolve issues related to asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Virtual Instructor-Led Training (for Clerks, Material Leads, & Technicians):
    • Conduct virtual training sessions tailored for Clerks, Material Leads, and Technicians within a maintenance organization.
    • Ensure end-users gain a thorough understanding of the MPower software and are well-prepared for go-live.
    • Provide support and assistance throughout the training sessions.
  • Go-Live Support and Task Completion (Week 1):
    • Offer on-site or remote support during the initial week of go-live to ensure successful task completion.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the go-live period to minimize disruptions.
    • Monitor project progress and provide updates to the project leadership team.
