Description

You will play a crucial role in overseeing key phases of the Mpower project deployments. This position requires you to manage Asset/Inventory Readiness, deliver Virtual Instructor-Led Training, and provide support during and after the go-live phase. Must-Have Qualifications

Over 3 years of experience in implementation or deployment roles, ideally within a technical or IT setting.
Strong training and presentation skills, with a proven track record in virtual instructor-led training.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following key areas:

Key Responsibilities

Asset/Inventory Readiness Training:

Lead training sessions to ensure all assets and inventory meet system requirements.
Assess and verify the accuracy of inventory data.
Offer guidance and resolve issues related to asset management and inventory tracking.

Virtual Instructor-Led Training (for Clerks, Material Leads, & Technicians):

Conduct virtual training sessions tailored for Clerks, Material Leads, and Technicians within a maintenance organization.
Ensure end-users gain a thorough understanding of the MPower software and are well-prepared for go-live.
Provide support and assistance throughout the training sessions.

Go-Live Support and Task Completion (Week 1):

Offer on-site or remote support during the initial week of go-live to ensure successful task completion.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the go-live period to minimize disruptions.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to the project leadership team.
