Your missions

Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll play a vital role in assisting patients with their medical billing inquiries. In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing valuable support to patients from various healthcare providers. You will answer general questions about medical bills, process payments, and conduct research on billing statuses. Additionally, you will assist patients in understanding their accounts and help resolve any outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding medical bills.
  • Provide clear and friendly responses to patients’ inquiries about their bills.
  • Process payments and perform research to update bill statuses.
  • Assist patients with understanding funds owed and guide them in resolving their accounts.
  • Navigate multiple systems, including EPIC, Artiva, and TCN, to provide accurate information and support.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail, restaurant, or call center environments.
  • Comfortable using technology and navigating computer systems.

Work Schedule

Shifts Available

  • Monday to Friday: 7 AM - 4 PM
  • Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 7 PM

Compensation

  • Starting pay: \(17 per hour, with the opportunity for a pay raise to \)20 per hour after 3 months.
