Your missions

Description

We are excited to offer a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Customer Service Representative within the Healthcare/NHS industry. This role is fully remote, providing flexibility for individuals located in the MST and CST time zones. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries, all while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer information.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, managing the exchange of complex and sensitive information with care.
  • Utilize multiple monitors for data entry while maintaining professional phone etiquette and following established guidelines.
  • Assist team members with daily paperwork, helping to resolve and document patient issues.
  • Identify potential financial, medical, and legal risks based on interactions, and follow appropriate procedures to address them.
  • Use various systems to meet customer needs, including scheduling appointments, handling authorizations, claims, invoices, eligibility, benefits, and appeals.
  • Translate oral information into clear and accurate written documentation according to guidelines.
  • Meet established performance goals in areas such as customer satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance.
  • Adhere to department standards for metrics, with daily evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in customer service and data entry.
  • Familiarity with documentation processes and procedures.
  • Experience in training and policy development.
  • Ability to schedule appointments and manage invoicing tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Knowledge of workstation support and internet usage.
  • Understanding of medical coverage policies.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to perform benefit-related functions.
  • Experience in handling paperwork and performing ad hoc financial tasks.
  • Familiarity with claim administration procedures.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with interviewing processes.
  • Familiarity with HealthCare.gov is a plus.
  • A clean background with no criminal record is required.
