Your missions

Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to an Executive Director in Farmers Branch, TX. This position requires in-office attendance with no remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer comprehensive support to the Executive Director and occasionally assist various Directors.
  • Oversee and manage corporate contracts and the electronic document management system.
  • Handle and coordinate the execution of both internal and external administrative contracts, including editing (Word/PDF).
  • Type, copy, and distribute various correspondences.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems.
  • Arrange travel, conferences, and seminar registrations.
  • Organize executive and corporate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage meeting arrangements.
  • Create and assist in presenting meeting decks using PowerPoint.
  • Process invoices and expenses.

Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Executive/C-Level leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
