The Opportunity:

Under the direction of the Global Revenue Cycle Strategies Partner, the Global Revenue Cycle Strategies Specialist will play an essential role in ensuring the alignment, collaboration and success partnership of our onshore operations and our global strategy partners. This role's main responsibility is to partner with our operational and global leaders to drive successful integration, onboarding and provide continuous oversight management of our global workforce. They will partner support specific service line/clients global initiatives while fostering our onshore/global partnerships to drive scalability and long-term success.

In addition to focusing on our vendor team relationships, this role will identify opportunities and provide visibility and recommendations to the operational and executive leaders.

This role will assist with continued training, education, and ongoing action plans to ensure SLAs are consistently met for existing teams. In addition, this role will be responsible for onboarding support including user provisioning for new vendor associates and teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversight support of Global teams for specific SL/Clients.
  • Coordinate with service line leaders to identify areas of risk and assist Global Strategy leadership in developing a quarterly/annual review plan.
  • Identify and document operational risks and controls within the operational processes and make recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare data/reports of review findings and recommendations to direct leadership for review and approval.
  • Participate in pre- & post-review meetings, providing support and recommendations for issues presented.
  • Ensure past review recommendations are implemented in the current review process.
  • Monitoring/Tracking inventory. And monitor SLA/expectations and productivity along with escalation and initial action plan development for deficits.
  • Manage issue trackers and escalation logs for SL/Client.
  • Monitor and escalate quality scores and opportunities.
  • Tracking and reporting of quality/education.
  • Identifying gaps and opportunities within current processes/training.
  • Run vendor calls for assigned clients.
  • Random selection and distribution of weekly account audits.
  • Account review and assignments.
  • Onboarding vendor associates, teams, and clients including provisioning processes.
  • Global process introduction and training for new operational leaders.


Experience We Love:

  • CRCR Certification or willingness to obtain within 9 months of hire
  • 1-3 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Revenue cycle experience/knowledge
