Responsibilities
Scope:

- Leads the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring objectives are met while adhering to approved budgets and timelines.
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability.
- Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, maintaining project documentation thoroughly and accurately.
Financial Impact:
- Accountable for managing budgets associated with projects, often handling projects with significant financial implications, potentially ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars.
- Oversees the allocation of financial resources, monitors expenditures, and conducts budget reconciliations to ensure financial efficiency and effectiveness in achieving project outcomes.
Interactions Within the Organization:
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
- Communicates regularly with senior management and all stakeholders about project progress, risks, and issues, proposing solutions and adjustments to ensure project success.
- Influences project governance by adhering to established company standards and protocols, contributing to the development and refinement of project management best practices within the organization.
External Interactions:
- Engages with clients, suppliers, and third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships to ensure project deliverables are met and align with organizational objectives and standards.
- Represents the organization in external meetings, presentations, and project-related negotiations, ensuring the company’s interests are safeguarded and project success criteria are communicated clearly.

- Stakeholder Satisfaction and Relationship Management: Manages stakeholder expectations effectively, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally, and ensuring communication is clear, timely, and constructive.
Job Summary:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project outputs.
- Track project performance, specifically analyzing the successful completion of short- and long-term goals against planned objectives.
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project outputs, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to manage the project’s complexity.
- Direct project correspondences, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and issues are resolved promptly.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Consistently achieves project milestones and adheres to deadlines, with a track record of 90% or higher in meeting project timelines.
- Proficient in risk management, with less than 5% project overrun due to unforeseen issues, showcasing effective contingency planning.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Demonstrated ability in managing projects with large budgets and teams of up to 10+ members.
- Proven track record of delivering projects that result in measurable business improvements, achieving at least a 10% improvement in efficiency and/or cost savings.
- Capability to maintain project scope and avoid scope creep, ensuring any changes are documented, approved, and monitored.
- Experience in utilizing PM software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, Asana) to track project progress against milestones, deliverables, and budget.

Experience:
- Evidence of delivering projects that contribute directly to business goals, such as increasing revenue, reducing costs, or improving customer satisfaction by quantifiable metrics.
- Regularly completes projects under budget, contributing to significant cost savings of over for the organization.
Education:
- Bachelor’s but preference for master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field, with extensive training in product management and Agile practices.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $118,000 - $157,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
