We are seeking an experienced Unit4 Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects across various industries.

Job Summary

As a Unit4 Solution Architect, you will be a key player in our professional services team, responsible for the successful design and implementation of Unit4 ERP solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide expert analysis, and design solutions that align with their business goals. Your deep industry knowledge and technical expertise in Unit4 will be critical in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Unit4 ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs and objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of Unit4 ERP functionalities, evaluating client business processes against standard Unit4 features, and recommending optimal solutions.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial scoping to post-implementation support, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Customization & Configuration: Configure and customize Unit4 ERP solutions to meet client-specific requirements. Collaborate with development teams to implement customizations when necessary.
  • Testing & Validation: Plan and execute Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the solution meets client expectations.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and project deliverables.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal knowledge bases, implementation methodologies, and marketing activities, including writing blogs and sharing insights with the broader team.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to functional consultants and other team members, sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning.\

QAULIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP solution design and implementation, with a focus on Unit4 ERP software.
  • Proven track record of leading at least 3 full lifecycle Unit4 ERP implementations.
  • Deep industry knowledge in areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Project Management, or other relevant domains.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and re-engineering.
  • Experience with Unit4 implementation methodologies and tools.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Unit4 ERP modules and their application in solving business problems.
  • Ability to use project management and ALM tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and integrations with Unit4.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of interfacing with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and lead in collaborative settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in upgrading to the latest releases of Unit4 ERP.
  • Experience providing pre- and post-sales support for Unit4 solutions.
  • Certifications in Unit4 ERP or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation.
