As a project manager- brand strategy, you’ll drive all Brand House and Brand Purpose related projects to completion to improve brand recognition and growth. As the primary driver of this important work, you’ll develop, track, and manage all aspects of project plans and ensure on time and in full delivery. In this role, you’ll lead the Brand Strategy budget to ensure it is allocated in the most efficient and effective way to meet project and business objectives.

This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of ten years of experience in Marketing, including previous work experience in project and budget management
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Business and a minimum of seven years of experience in Marketing, including previous work experience in project and budget management

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience managing projects of varying size and complexity
  • Extensive experience in budget management, including allocation and spend optimization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others at all levels within the organization, including executives
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate impact on key stakeholders and provide go-forward recommendations and knowledge of all aspects of brand marketing and brand communication

Compensation

  • $77,100 - $102,800/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
