  • Work closely with a cross-functional team (e.g., solution managers, oncologists, clinical data specialists, software engineers) to develop technical resources for data users to drive adoption of Flatiron Health methodology and best practices
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives that introduce efficiency into our ways of working and accelerate our ability to generate evidence for our clients

  • You are an effective oral and written communicator who enjoys developing technical yet accessible content for consumption by diverse audiences
  • You are excited about designing pedagogically effective documentation, trainings, and other technical tools that will enable our data users in a scalable manner
  • You are proficient in R (or another programming language with a commitment to becoming an expert in R)
  • You have effective organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills so you can plan and implement multiple high-visibility projects in a timely fashion in a dynamic, diverse environment
  • You are able to quickly learn and apply new information, skills, and procedures
  • You are passionate about our mission to improve healthcare through technology
