Teem is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Dispatch Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations, including dispatching drivers, scheduling routes, and ensuring efficient delivery of goods or services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods and services
• Dispatch drivers and coordinate routes for timely and efficient delivery
• Monitor and track drivers' progress and update customers on delivery status
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics operations and address any issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in logistics or dispatch role
• Proficiency in logistics management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
