The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and be a proactive team player skilled in fostering internal and external relationships. Responsibilities include hands-on support and guidance to federal clients using Atlassian tools, aiming to enhance productivity and success. Isos Federal, a division of Isos Technology, one of the largest Platinum/Enterprise Atlassian Solution Partners in the U.S., and has been named Atlassian Partner of the Year 6 times in the past 7 years. Headquartered in Tempe, AZ, with offices nationwide, we serve major government and commercial organizations, specializing in Atlassian tool implementation and optimization for an impact on our clients’ operations. We prioritize our people and are proud of our fun, challenging, and rewarding culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

An Atlassian Consultant serves as the primary client-facing contact for assigned Atlassian services engagements and will have the following core responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret Fed/IC/DoD business requirements, integrations, and system architecture to provide strategic recommendations to the client

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of engagements, ensuring alignment with the client’s organizational goals and compliance with federal standards

  • Develop and manage authorization packages by leveraging a deep understanding of the DoD CATO/ATO CTF processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant constraints and guidelines

  • Ensure the proper handling, protection, and management of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and higher classification levels in compliance with FED/IC/DoD regulations, maintaining the integrity and security of sensitive data for federal clients

  • Oversee engagement scope within budget and resource constraints, proactively identifying and managing risks, escalating blocking issues, and securing sign-off on change orders as needed to ensure successful project delivery

  • Apply Isos best practices, guidelines, and recommendations to Atlassian product migrations, client-specific implementations, and the efficient operation and maintenance of Atlassian products deployed on Fed/IC/DoD networks, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance

  • Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering engagements with a deep understanding of Fed/IC/DoD IT networks and cybersecurity considerations, architecting tailored solutions using Atlassian products to address complex Agile and workflow challenges

  • Manage federal client engagement as the primary point of contact, overseeing all aspects of service delivery including client retention, growth, and project profitability

  • Manage daily support requests, incident response, and strategic long-term planning for assigned clients

  • Coordinate and respond to federal client requests and other communications to meet contracted SLAs

  • Plan and schedule personnel resources on a weekly basis to deliver on requests and objectives for client assignments

  • Collaborate with technical consultants and client resources to maintain and ensure the reliability of application instances

  • Administer Atlassian products and assist clients with implementation to support their business processes

  • Provide scheduled on-call support during off-hours and respond to service outage incidents to meet contracted SLAs

  • Participate in process improvement efforts across the team and organization to identify, develop, and deliver services and solutions leading to improved client satisfaction

  • Acquire and maintain Atlassian credentials consistent with Isos Federal requirements for the role.

  • Support the Sales team in proposals, renewals, and quarterly client business reviews

  • Contribute informative and engaging original marketing content related to the Atlassian ecosystem in the form of quarterly blog posts, white papers, and other materials as requested
