About the Role

As an Associate Director, Specialised Transaction Management, you will have responsibility for leading and effectively managing a portfolio of complex Corporate Finance Intl transactions that covers Project Finance, Structured Export Finance, Structured Asset Finance and Acquisition Finance.

 

You will also have responsibility for leading broader portfolio management activities, including risk/alerts forums, audits, controls testing, portfolio and regulatory reporting together with specific sector/industry reviews.

 

Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

What will your day look like?
  • Support wider execution of the Corporate Finance International strategic plan.  Subject to available capacity this may include supporting deal origination and execution activities.
  • Support delivery of Corporate Finance International financial targets and metrics related to the region.
  • Develop effective relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
  • Support end to end processes within the business, working closely with the operations and enablement teams.
  • Continually engage with local and overseas colleagues to share information real time such that a consistent global service is delivered to client base.
  • Ensure adherence to Group, divisional process, policy and procedural requirements.
  • Support various compliance reviews and required remediation.
  • Support business reporting requirements.
  • Support initiatives to foster strong engagement for Corporate Finance International.
  • Actively support the technical and professional development of team members.

  • Proven experience and judgement to lead discussions with key internal and external stakeholders to optimise outcomes.
  • Advanced financial analysis and modelling capability with deep specialised finance experience.
  • Advanced understanding of loan and security documentation.
  • Ability to develop, train and oversee more junior team members.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver outcomes against role objectives and business plans.
  • Keen understanding of the strategic, financial and operational aspects of business.
  • Flexibility for whatever needs to be done and desire to continuously learn and develop.
  • Strong self-managed and motivated with people management experience.
  • Knowledge of other Institutional products (Markets, Trade/Cash) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is US$200,000 – 225,000 annual

 

This range is determined by the job, location and level of expertise required for this specific role.  The final salary offered will consider your capabilities, skills and knowledge.
