ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a remote internship for Summer 2025.

The Sales Operations Analyst - Intern at Cornerstone Building Brands is responsible for analyzing sales data to provide business insights. Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, this role will create new analyses and provide insight to business performance for commercial leadership.  This role will support the Customer Data & Analytics function which is part of the broader Strategic Marketing & Analytics team.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct research projects into commercial data to identify trends in sales behavior
    • Identify shifts in product sales performance
    • Identify relationships in purchases between product categories
    • Evaluate customer and channel profitability
  • Build sales forecasting models based on historical performance and market projections
  • Present findings to commercial leadership to drive insight to the business
  • Partner with sales, marketing, pricing and analytics functions to drive insights into and across each function

 

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, data analytics, business, or related field
  • Knowledge of excel, power BI and other analytics tools
  • Willingness to work with stakeholders across functions to align on a common mission
