Your missions

Introduction:

Are you a strategic talent acquisition professional with a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with transformative career opportunities? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can shape the future of an organization by building high-performing teams? If you’re an expert at recruiting top talent and forming strong partnerships with hiring managers, then our client has the perfect role for you. We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner (aka The Talent Connector) to drive recruitment efforts, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and help build the workforce of the future.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner at our client, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring the best talent in the industry. This is more than just recruiting—this is about building relationships with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and creating a seamless candidate experience that ensures the right fit for both the company and the candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and onboarding. You’ll ensure that each step of the recruitment process is executed efficiently and professionally.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
    • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. You’ll use creative sourcing techniques to identify both active and passive candidates who are a strong fit for the organization.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals. You’ll provide guidance on the recruitment process, including job descriptions, interview techniques, and market trends to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
    • Champion the company’s employer brand by promoting its culture, values, and unique opportunities to prospective candidates. You’ll ensure that each candidate has a positive experience, from the initial contact through onboarding.
  • Pipeline Development and Talent Pool Management:
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. You’ll engage with candidates on an ongoing basis, keeping them informed about opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention rates. You’ll provide insights to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment trends, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives:
    • Support the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring that recruitment efforts reflect a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. You’ll actively seek out and engage candidates from underrepresented groups.

    Requirements

    Required Skills:

    • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You’re skilled at identifying and engaging top talent and have experience recruiting for various roles, from technical to non-technical positions.
    • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies. You’re comfortable working closely with leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with business objectives.
    • Candidate Sourcing: Expertise in sourcing passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events. You’re skilled at using creative sourcing techniques to find hidden talent.
    • Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. You’re skilled at presenting opportunities in a way that excites top talent.
    • Recruitment Metrics: Experience using recruitment data and analytics to measure success, track performance, and make data-driven decisions. You’re comfortable reporting on key metrics to leadership and recommending improvements to the recruitment process.
    • Humor: A great sense of humor, because even in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition, we believe in creating a positive and enjoyable work environment. If you can keep candidates and teams engaged while staying on top of deadlines, you’re our kind of talent partner.
