Over the last two years, we've created and popularized the creatine gummy category, but we're just getting started.

At Create, we're seeking a talented Media Buyer - Search to join our team and help lead our digital advertising efforts.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Paid Search Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across paid search platforms such as Google and Bing. Your goal will be to drive high-quality, converting traffic across all Google Ads campaign formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage campaigns across Google and Bing, including, but not limited to traditional paid search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Use multi-touch attribution partners such as Northbeam and TripleWhale to drive more informed decision making.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify keyword and audience opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop needed assets for PMax and YouTube support.
  • Efficiently manage ad spend across platforms to ensure cost-effective use of the marketing budget. Monitor and adjust budgets as needed based on campaign performance and business goals. Coordinate with the Marketing team on macro and platform level budget management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media advertising strategies. Apply best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to the marketing team and stakeholders. Highlight successes, challenges, and recommendations for future strategies. Focus on insights beyond just the numbers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns for US-based direct to consumer brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience using multi-touch attribution partners like Northbeam and other non-platform data insights to drive decisions and results.
  • Experience working within the health and wellness sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in an asynch work environment.
  • Experience writing reports that focus on the what, the why, and the what’s next.
