Your missions

Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal SAP FSM Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in collaborating with business and functional teams to deliver optimal technical solutions that align with our development standards and client needs. Your expertise will also support the transfer of knowledge, ensuring we provide valuable consulting solutions that help clients navigate the evolving global landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business and functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet client needs.
  • Support knowledge transfer to ensure clients gain value from our consulting services.
  • Lead and contribute to SAP FSM implementation projects, including end-to-end lifecycle activities such as requirement gathering, business process design, functional design, and systems integration testing.
  • Address and resolve production issues while providing expert guidance on SAP FSM configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate effectively with offshore teams and manage work delivery between onsite and remote locations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, presenting solutions and updates clearly and professionally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Consideration will be given to candidates with significant progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of formal education.
  • A minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology, focusing on SAP FSM.
  • Experience in SAP FSM integration with S/4HANA CS, PM, or PS modules.
  • Proven track record with at least one end-to-end lifecycle implementation project, including requirement gathering, business process design, functional design, and integration testing.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes related to after-sales and service, and experience with SAP FSM in an S/4HANA environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with SAP CX modules and implementations.
  • Experience in the Electricity, Gas, or Water Utilities industries, preferably within North America.
  • Architectural knowledge of customer service for utilities.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills with strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Flexibility to work with offshore teams and adjust work hours to accommodate remote working requirements.

  • The role may require occasional travel and/or relocation based on job requirements.
  • Flexibility in work timings due to a remote working environment and offshore team coordination.
  • The job involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, as well as communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face interactions.

Compensation

  • The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from \(118,498 to \)158,850, depending on location and experience.
