Strategic Sourcing Manager - Network Optimization & Supplier Relations

You will build strong partnerships, drive enterprise-wide sourcing strategies, and ensure we achieve the best value and quality from our network suppliers. What You’ll Do

• Category Management & Contract Execution:
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define network sourcing needs and develop effective negotiation strategies.
• Oversee the entire process from opportunity assessment to contract execution, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Supplier Relationship Management:
• Serve as the commercial lead for network suppliers.
• Develop and implement tailored supplier strategies that align with stakeholder requirements and company goals.
• RFx Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
• Conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling, present findings to stakeholders, and drive sourcing decisions.
• Competitive Benchmarking & Market Research:
• Stay informed on network market trends and dynamics.
• Provide guidance on market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Sustainability Initiatives:
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and measure sustainability data.
• Drive efforts to improve the sustainability of our network suppliers.
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience:
• 2-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing.
• At least 1 year of experience in network sourcing is preferred.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to prepare cost models, negotiate with suppliers, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Strong understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with the network landscape is a plus.
• Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of the RFP process and standard sourcing practices.
