Your missions

Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Program Coordinator to make a significant impact within our Program Management Department. This role entails ensuring smooth operations and stellar communication across various teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • File Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate program files, communicating special requirements or updates to relevant teams.
  • Information Dissemination: Release crucial information across internal departments and prepare specific reports based on insights from Sales Directors.
  • Sample Management: Track and control the distribution of new product samples to ensure they reach the correct destinations.
  • Project Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to manage new projects aligned with our roadmaps.
  • Packaging & Transitions: Assist in managing packaging and product transitions for a smooth process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • File Accuracy: Maintain precise carrier and retail program files and validate product information to avoid customer impact.
  • Marketing Calendar: Provide timely information to support our Marketing Calendar, Handset Roadmap, Compatibility Matrix, and more.
  • Collaborate: Partner with Marketing and Creative Teams to develop product marketing materials, including collateral, displays, packaging, and promotions.
  • Transition Matrix: Update and maintain the Transition Matrix, releasing information quarterly.
  • Event Support: Assist with promotional and tradeshow event coordination as needed.
  • Research: Conduct competitive, trend, color, and consumer research, including store audits, and present findings in a summarized format.
  • Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as necessary while adhering to quality standards and requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Program/Marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of web platforms.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and handle heavy workloads.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented approach and ability to maintain confidentiality while managing various tasks and deadlines.

Work Environment

  • Office & Remote: Enjoy a hybrid work environment with opportunities for both office and remote work.
  • Physical Demands: Primarily office-based with occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs).
  • Hours: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with assigned work hours and potential overtime.
