Overview

Are you passionate about digital banking and eager to make an impact? We're looking for a Digital Experience Representative to join our team in San Diego. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing strategies, supporting digital banking tools, and collaborating with the Marketing department. If you have a knack for problem-solving, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the rollout of new and existing software, including impact analysis, documentation, testing, scheduling, and change management.
  • Support complex Digital Banking projects, ensuring timely execution and follow-through.
  • Address escalated Digital Banking questions from the Retail team, such as issues with online/mobile banking, bill pay, and browser settings. Redirect inquiries outside your scope to the appropriate team.
  • Develop and track system performance and feature usage, providing regular reports.
  • Monitor dashboards for digital solutions and gather feedback from members.
  • Handle back-office Digital Banking tasks, including reviewing reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support digital campaigns and align with broader marketing goals.
  • Ensure that all materials adhere to brand standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Comply with Anti-Money Laundering laws and related policies, including accurate Member Identification and reporting unusual activities.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

While this role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities, you will interact with supervisors from various departments and oversee third-party vendors on certain projects.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience (minimum of 3 years in a relevant field).
  • 1-3 years of experience with digital platform services or technical troubleshooting preferred.
  • Experience with eCommerce strategies and mobile app support is a plus.
  • Background in financial services is desirable.

Skills And Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in editing and proofreading.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with third-party vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to identify key findings.

Technical Proficiency

  • Solid technical knowledge with basic understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, and web languages preferred.
  • Familiarity with online banking products and digital banking functions is advantageous.
  • Experience with mobile and tablet application deployment is a plus.

Other Qualifications

  • Valid California driver's license and availability for occasional after-hours and weekend system maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to work in our San Diego, CA office with a hybrid-remote schedule subject to change based on business needs.

Compensation

Hourly Wage: \(24-\)28
