Your missions

Description

We're seeking a dynamic individual to drive the growth and success of our AfroTech brand. In this role, you will oversee sales operations, develop strategies, and manage our talented sales team to achieve revenue goals and build lasting partnerships. You will be the driving force behind our sales and revenue strategies, collaborating closely with the team and key stakeholders to expand our reach and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve revenue targets by allocating resources effectively to meet quarterly and annual goals.
  • Lead, inspire, and support the sales team, working hands-on to drive results.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales and enhance agency relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster growth for AfroTech.
  • Understand and address the needs of brands and clients to meet their business objectives.
  • Promote and consistently communicate our brand values across various media and sales channels.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities and business lines.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 10+ years in business development, brand building, and revenue growth; 5+ years in leadership roles developing mid-level talent.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage diverse KPIs, grow revenue, and lead complex sales teams; proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Preferred: Experience driving revenue while prioritizing community impact and leading teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Additional: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical mindset, and a passion for GIFs and Black culture.

Details

  • Fully remote position based in the U.S.; occasional travel may be required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available to work with at least 50% alignment with the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Annual salary range: \(170,000 - \)200,000.
