About The Role

Your role will involve rigorous data validation, AI testing, and ensuring our AI Engines are effectively integrated into our cloud application. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our customers' needs.

This is a part-time consulting position with a competitive hourly rate, with the potential to transition to a full-time role as your contributions drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI Engines, including results presentation, internal and external interfaces, and engineering documentation.
• Support data engineering and preprocessing pipelines to ensure AI metadata is accurate and useful.
• Oversee scalable AI deployment, including verification, test coverage, and integration into the pipeline for cloud applications.
• Collaborate with the cloud software team to manage the Analytics Engine and its API.
• Occasionally engage with customers to address data issues, interpret analysis results, and demonstrate the business value of our AI analytics.
• Document and coordinate improvements for components, products, and processes.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field from a top institution.
• 5+ years of experience in analytical applications, including developing and maintaining analytical code.
• Strong proficiency in MATLAB.
• Proven ability to produce detailed documentation, such as academic theses, technical papers, or substantial GitHub contributions.
• Attention to detail and rigor in developing mission-critical mathematical software.
• Experience in maintaining Java code.
• Familiarity with GitHub, including GitHub Actions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• US Citizenship.

• Knowledge of statistics, optimization, controls, signal processing, and applied mathematics.
• Experience with model-based development and simulation-based verification.
