In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our executives and help manage their busy schedules—all from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Keep executives’ calendars running smoothly by scheduling and updating appointments and meetings as needed.

  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, and ensure that key action items are documented and followed up on.
  • Project Assistance: Help with project management tasks by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and providing updates.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management software.
