Job Description:

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Project Manager with Virtual Health technologies experience to oversee the delivery of remote patient monitoring (RPM) solutions within the Virtual Health Technologies portfolio. Responsible for delivering on RPM projects that provide the organization with solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing healthcare IT systems (i.e. EHRs, HIE’s), with adherence to interoperability standards, regulatory compliance, and data security.


Responsibilities:

• Work with project resources to collect requirements, define scope, verify and control scope.

• Work with stakeholder groups to review, identify, clarify and prioritize business and technical requirements

• Provide scoping of proposed solutions

• Define project goals and responsibilities including creation of a responsibility assignment matrix.

• Define activities, sequence activities, estimation of resources and activity duration.

• Develop and control schedule

• Identify stakeholders, plan, execute and distribute communications and other related project requirements

• Report on performance, budget, schedule, meeting minutes, decisions, outcomes, risks and any other reporting requirements

• Manage budget

• Provide mentorship to the team

• Serve as a liaison between the technology teams and business teams

• Take on additional assignments as required by the portfolio manager

• Assist in the change management strategy that includes writing change management documents, creating training documents and videos, training end users, and supporting the team with change management activities

• Identify high-level risks as part of the project planning process

• Follow the structured project management process including Project Charter, budget, and status deliverables.

• Other deliverables may include:

o Integration Management

o Scope Management

o Human Resource Management

o Change Management

o Communications Management

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Strong technical expertise in healthcare IT, including familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), data interoperability, and security protocols, HL7 integration

• Previous experience in managing complex technical and clinical integration projects

• Ability to manage multiple clinical and vendor stakeholders

• Strong organizational and project planning ability

• Previous experience in managing enterprise wide projects

• Strong team management skills that motivate and encourage collaboration in the project team

Hourly rate: $100 per hour
