5+ years experience with Microsoft D365 CE projects, 1-2 full end-to-end implementation cycles of Dynamics 365, Excellent communication skills, Thorough knowledge of D365 Sales and Service, Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Key responsabilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve client care tickets
- Act as project manager for client care customers
- Facilitate analysis, design, and configuration sessions
- Manage internal strategic initiatives including process design
- Deliver against quarterly Client Care goals
